It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts shop.eevalovisa and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.Return Conditions
If you are not satisfied with the order or if you want to change to another size, you may return purchased product within 14 days after receiving it.
The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, and unused in the original packaging.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. shop.eevalovisa suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Unfortunately the cost of delivery cannot be refunded. We will refund delivery costs only if the product we have sent is incorrect or faulty. Please also note that customers are solely responsible for import tax and customs duties when required, and these are not refundable.
Custom-made or modified products cannot be returned or exchanged.
